If you apply for the design engineer role, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing technical structures, creating 2D/3D technical documentation, performing strength calculations and structural analyses. Working with the production, quality and procurement departments, you will support the implementation of new solutions and oversee the compliance of designs with applicable standards and technical requirements.

Responsibilities
- Creating technical drawings, 3D models and detailed design documentation (CAD/CAE),
- Design in accordance with applicable standards and approvals,
- Conducting strength calculations and structural analyses,
- Assessing technical and economic feasibility,
- Developing concepts for new products, devices or structural components,
- Selection of appropriate materials and production technologies,
- Providing technical support during production and assembly,
- Participation in resolving technical issues related to design,
- Coordination with the production, quality and procurement departments
Requirements
- A technical degree (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines),
- Very good knowledge of CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight),
- Ability to read technical drawings and create design documentation,
- Knowledge of the principles of material strength, tolerances and fits,
- Knowledge of mechanical machining processes, welding, assembly, etc.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical documentation,
- Ability to work as part of a team,
- Good self-organisation,
- Independence in making technical decisions
