Stokota aviation rigids | The highest quality and safety
The Stokota aircraft refueller rigids incorporates a number of safety features in order to make aircraft refuelling safe, easy and quick for the operator, third parties, the equipment in operation and the surrounding equipment.
All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Tank
Tank made of aluminium alloy, 5182 H111. All pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical lines from front to rear will be clearly marked and segregated.
Chassis
Aviation fuel rigids can be mounted on 2-, 3- or 4-axle chassis, depending on the tank capacity. We use chassis from reputable manufacturers such as Scania, Mercedes, Volvo and MAN.
Loading
All piping between bottom valve and couplings to be executed in aluminum. Electrical connector Scully with cap, to connect the overfill protection to the loading station.
Cabinets
All dry break couplings for bottom loading are protected against unauthorized opening and weather conditions by a small cabinets which are interlocked with the brake system of the truck.
Unloading
The ability to connect directly to the aircraft’s fuel inlet and to unload. Vehicle can use measuring systems from Senning, Satam, Alfons Haar and ISOIL.
Innovation
The rigid, like the semi-trailer, may have a tail lift fitted behind the driver’s cab. It may be fitted with one or two hoses. Grounding cable and anti-overflow system as standard.
