Discover our hydrogen solutions

All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Container
We are able to manufacture 40-foot or 45-foot containers. The interior is fitted with steel brackets that support the structure, with the cylinders positioned vertically.
Chassis
Given the weight and the need for greater safety, a 3-axle chassis will be the most compatible with 40- and 45-foot containers.
Loading
Filling involves filling the tanks with compressed hydrogen via a common high-pressure manifold. The gas is compressed to the required operating pressure and then directed into the individual cylinders.
Cylinders
Type 4 composite hydrogen cylinders can withstand pressures of up to 70 MPa, which is equivalent to 700 bar. Mounting them on movable racks inside the container enables rapid loading and unloading.
Unloading
Unloading a container of Type IV cylinders involves transferring the stored hydrogen to the receiving system via a network of manifolds and high-pressure valves.
Advantages
The main advantage of this solution is the low tare weight of the tanks. This makes it possible to transport a greater quantity of hydrogen whilst remaining within the vehicle’s gross weight limit, thereby increasing transport efficiency and reducing logistics costs per kilogram of gas transported.
