Tank
Light-weight construction with self-supporting tank. Lowered centre of gravity and dished ends front and back. The measuring system can be installed on either side of the semi-trailer.
Chassis
A choice of 2- or 3-axle chassis is available. The tank can be mounted on a standard or special chassis, e.g. the BPW W series with an axle load capacity of 20,000 to 40,000 kg.
Loading
Top-fill, bottom-fill on the right or left side, or via a bottom-fill port on the terminal.
Shape
The tank is manufactured in an oval or cylindrical shape. The shape of the bottoms, which are formed on site using water pressure, is adapted to the tank. In this case, the tank can be freely customised, each time after technical consultation.
Unloading
Unloading via a distribution system – using pumps with a capacity of 350 to 1000 l/min, or by gravity. A data-reading printer is included as standard for metered unloading.
Finishing details
Colours of your choice from the RAL or FLN palette – one colour for the tank, another for the chassis and components. Other elements such as graphics, emblems and logos are applied as per the customer’s requirements.
