Aviation fuel dispensers are specialized ground support vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with a containing pumps, hoses, and control systems. Their purpose is to ensure the safe, controlled, and procedurally compliant transfer of aviation fuel to the fuel tanks of an airplane or helicopter.

All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Project
There is no conventional tank. The dispenser consists of a cabinet containing a metering system and a dispensing system, as well as hoses fitted with specialized aviation connectors.
Chassis
The dispensers are available only in a 2-axle configuration. They can be mounted on any type of chassis adapted to the vehicle’s specific purpose.
Loading
The dispenser itself is a transfer device; that is, one hose is connected to the refueling station on the airport, and the other is connected to the aircraft or helicopter. Its operating principle is similar to that of a large metering system with a pump.
Valves
Pressure control valves (ILPCV) designed to regulate and maintain constant or specified pressure with a filling height of up to 5.7 meters above ground level.
Unloading
Unloading using a pump system. The flow rate is adjustable, with a maximum range of up to 4,000 liters per minute. 11-meter power supply line from the hydrant + 3-meter rigid extension pantograph. Flow rate through the hose reel with a DN50 hose: 1,200 l/min, through the hoses on the platform (2x DN50): 3,000 l/min
Finishing details
Colours of your choice from the RAL or FLN palette – one colour for the cabinets, another for the chassis and components. Other elements such as graphics, emblems and logos are applied as per the customer’s or airport requirements.
