Mini and Midi vehicles form the smallest, integral part of the Waste & Cleaning division’s fleet. These include, amongst others, single-function vacuum vehicles and Mini vehicles – small sludge tankers with a pump mounted on a Ford Ranger chassis. They are best suited for working in confined spaces, halls and other locations requiring compact equipment.

All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Tank
A tank made of carbon steel and acid-resistant steel (MIDI). Technical cabinets can be fitted on both sides of the tank. ADR markings that can be fitted to the rear and side of the tank (MIDI). We also manufacture tanks for the transport of waste oil.
Chassis
Various types of chassis are available for MINI vehicles (e.g. FUSO, Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux and others). MIDI vehicles use standard 2- or 3-axle chassis.
Loading
Waste is collected by creating a vacuum in the tank using a vacuum pump. The resulting pressure difference causes the waste to be sucked through the suction hose into the tank.
Usage
The compact dimensions of these vehicles mean they can operate both in densely built-up urban areas and in locations with restricted access, such as narrow streets, residential estates, underground car parks and industrial sites.
Unloading
The tank is usually emptied by tipping it over or by creating overpressure, which forces the contents out through the drain valve.
Innovation
The use of an air-cooled vane pump in MIDI vehicles enables the safe collection of wet waste. It ensures the reliable operation of the vacuum system and does not require an additional liquid cooling system, which simplifies the vehicle’s project, reduces operating costs and minimises the risk of breakdowns.
