Stokota gas rigids | The highest quality and safety
The LPG transport rigids has been designed to offer an alternative option for a more compact vehicle than a standard transport semi-trailer. As the tank can be mounted on any chassis, the configuration options are virtually unlimited.
All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Tank
Cylindrical tank equipped with a level gauge, inspection hatch, liquid, gas phase bottom valves and a safety valve.
Chassis
Choice of 2- or 3-axle chassis depending on tank capacity. The FL chassis, which meets ADR requirements, is matched for rigid installation. Other details to be determined after engineering consultation.
Loading
An external pump or an on-board pump using a metering system.
Pressure
Test pressure 2.5 MPa, but some tanks intended for rigids are designed for transporting gas at higher pressures, so there is no need to install thermal covers.
Unloading
Direct unloading without a metering system, or with a metering system and an integrated pump.
Finishing details
Colours of your choice from the RAL or FLN palette – one colour for the tank, another for the chassis and components. Other elements such as graphics, emblems and logos are applied as per the customer’s requirements.
