All our devices and machines are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Refuelling stairs
Refuelling stairs can be designed as a fixed or retractable structure with an integrated refuelling hose and underwing nozzle. It is possible to fit a thermal expansion system, as well as an optional system to facilitate lifting
Auxiliary equipment
Master meter systems use a meter that monitors the flow, pressure and leak-tightness of the overflow systems. This device supports the day-to-day operation of dispensing systems and is also useful for maintenance work.
Possible uses
Refuelling ladders provide staff with safe access to the upper refuelling points and aircraft service points, whilst trolleys are used to transport materials, tools and equipment required for maintenance work. Hydrant trolleys are used to refuel aircraft from the underground hydrant network, whilst measuring equipment ensures the monitoring of operational parameters such as fuel quantity and quality, pressure and system integrity.
Trestle trolleys
The trolleys are fitted as standard with a storage compartment for drain buckets and a tow hook with a parking brake system. They are also equipped with a filling strainer and a drain valve.
Hydrant trolleys
Hydrant trolleys are designed to operate with JET A-1 fuel. This is a stationary refuelling unit fitted with a tow hook; it can be moved using an electric drive or towed by another vehicle. The trolley is also fitted with solar panels and a battery. The trolley does not have a fuel pump; it functions as a hydrant dispenser. The fuel pressure from the hydrant system is used as the control pressure. Wide flow rate range of 200–1,200 l/min for a DN50 hose. Various metering systems can be fitted, as well as filtration systems (Faudi Aviation, Parker-Velcon, Facet Filtration Group).
