We recognise just how important a well-maintained fleet is to effective logistics in the fuel trade. For this reason, we offer vehicle sets manufactured in-house – comprising a rigid and a trailer – in a combination that enhances versatility and flexibility regarding the volume of fuel transported.
All our vehicles are certified by the main transport regulatory authorities (TDT, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Vincotte and many others).
Tank
The body and trailer tanks are manufactured using standard methods from 5182 aluminium in accordance with the DIN standard.
Chassis
The numbers of axles depends on the type of tank and chassis, ranging from 4 do as many as 7 axles for the entire set.
Loading
The fuel set can be filled from the top via access hatches, from the bottom via bottom connectors and valves, or by the vehicle’s own pump via a suction hose.
Facilities
Our fuel vehicle sets combine advanced safety systems and features designed to improve refuelling efficiency in a single design. Their ease of use significantly reduces the risk of human error.
Unloading
The option to unload fuel via the tanker’s dispensing system or separately from the rigid and trailer.
Finishing details
Colours of your choice from the RAL or FLN palette – one colour for the tank, another for the chassis and components. Other elements such as graphics, emblems and logos are applied as per the customer’s requirements.
