The Management Board of METAL SERVICE CENTER POLSKA Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Elbląg (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), acting pursuant to Article 500 § 21 of the Code of Commercial Companies (hereinafter referred to as “the KSH”) announces that on 15.11.2022 a plan of merger of the Company (the acquired company) with STOKOTA Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Elbląg (the acquiring company) in accordance with Article 492 § 1 item 1 of the KSH, by transferring all assets of the acquired company to STOKOTA Sp. z o.o. (merger by acquisition), and makes the said plan of merger, including attachments, available to the public. The Company further informs that in accordance with Article 505 § 3 of the KSH, shareholders may request that copies of the documents referred to in Article 505 § 1 and 2 of the KSH be made available to them free of charge at the Company’s registered office.
